Sokol Fitness Class Schedule

Tots (Preschool & Kindergarten) - Monday 5:15-6:00 p.m. OR 6:15-7:00 p.m.

Girls (Grades 1-5) - Monday - 7:15-8:15 p.m. OR Thursday 6:30-7:30 p.m.

Boys (Grades 1-5) - Tuesday 6-7:00 p.m.

Junior Girls (Grades 6-12) - Thursday 7:45-8:45 p.m.

Junior Boys (Grades 6-12) - Tuesday 7:30-8:30 p.m.

Women (Ages 18+) - Thursday 9-10 p.m.

Men (Ages 18+) - Friday 8:00-9:00 p.m.

Senior Co-Ed (Ages 55+) - Wednesday 10:00 - 11:00 a.m.

Spin Class (Ages 16+) - Monday 7-8 p.m OR Saturday 8-9 a.m.

Wheel Gymnastics (Ages 6+) - Wednesday 5:30-6:30 p.m.

5:15 - 6:00 p.m. - Tots Class A (Preschool & Kindergarten)

6:15 - 7:00 p.m. Tots Class B (Preschool & Kindergarten)

7:00 - 8:00 p.m. - Spin Class

7:15 - 8:15 p.m. - Girls Fitness Class A (Grades 1-5)

 

Tuesday

6:00 - 7:00 p.m. - Boys Fitness Class (Grades 1-5)

7:30 - 8:30 p.m. - Junior Boys Class (Grades 6-12)

 

Wednesday

10:00 - 11:00 a.m. - Senior AM Class (Ages 18+)

5:30 - 6:30 p.m. - Wheel Gymnastics 

 

Thursday

6:30 -7:30 p.m. - Girls Fitness Class B (Grades 1-5)

7:45 - 8:45 p.m. - Junior Girls Class (Grades 6-12)

9:00 - 10:00 p.m. - Womens PM Class (Ages 18+)

 

Friday

8:00 - 9:00 p.m. - Mens Club (Ages 18+)

 

Saturday

8:00 - 9:00 a.m. - Spin Class
