Monday

5:30 - 6:30 p.m. - Tots Co-ed Class (Preschool & Kindergarten)

6:45 - 8:00 p.m. - Girls Class A (Grades 1-5)

7:00 - 8:00 p.m. - Spin Class

8:15 - 9:15 p.m. - Pickleball

 

Tuesday

6:00 - 7:15 p.m. - Boys Class (Grades 1-5)

8:30 - 9:30 p.m. - Mens Class (Ages 18+)

 

Wednesday

10:00 - 11:00 a.m. - Senior Co-Ed Class (Ages 18+)

5:30 - 6:30 p.m. - Wheel Gymnastics

 

Thursday

6:15 - 7:30 p.m. - Girls Class B (Grades 1-5)

7:45 - 8:45p.m. - Junior Co-ed Class (Grades 6-12)

8:45 - 9:45p.m. - Womens PM Class (Ages 18+)

 

Friday

8:00 p.m. -  Men’s Fall Volleyball League

 

Saturday

8:00-9:00 a.m. - Spin Class

 

Tots Class – Mondays 5:30 – 6:30 pm

This class is for boys and girls in Preschool and Kindergarten. Class will feature but not be limited to: Introduction to Gymnastics; Calisthenics; and Motor Coordination Games/Activities.

 

Girls Class – Mondays 6:45-8:00 pm or Thursdays 6:15-7:30

This class is a great place for girls (Grades 1-5) to participate in activities that promote strength, agility and athletic ability.  Class will feature but not be limited to: Gymnastics; Dance elements; Strength & Conditioning; and Recreational Sports.

 

Boys Class – Tuesdays 6:00-7:15 pm

This class is a great place for boys (Grades 1-5) to participate in activities that promote strength, agility and athletic ability. Class will feature but not be limited to: Recreational sports and games; Gymnastics; and Fitness Activities.

 

Junior Co-ed – Thursdays 7:45-8:45 pm

For boys and girls in grades 6 through High School. This class provides participants with sports/fitness activities, social activities and leadership development. Class will feature but not be limited to: Gymnastics; Dance elements; Strength & Conditioning; Volleyball and other recreational sports.

 

Wheel Gymnastics - Wednesdays 5:30-6:30 pm

Students (Ages 6+) will work on the wheel and related skills to enhance their strength, balance and body awareness.

 

Womens’ Class – Thursdays 8:45-9:45 pm

Our Womens’ Class is for adults ages 18+ looking for fitness program in a social environment.  Participants take part in various fitness activities throughout the year and many gather after (and outside of) class to socialize.  Class will feature but not be limited to: Aerobics; Recreational Volleyball and games; Calisthenics; Performance routines with dance/marching elements. (Optional: Beginner to intermediate level gymnastics)

 

Mens’ Club – Tuesdays 8:30-9:30 pm with Friday Volleyball League in the Fall

Our Mens’ Club is for adults ages 18+ looking for a fitness program in a social environment.  Participants take part in various recreational sports and fitness activities throughout the year and many gather after (and outside of) class to socialize. Class will feature but not be limited to: Volleyball; various sports and games; Calisthenics.

 

Senior A.M. Class – Wednesdays 10:00-11:00 am

Are you a Senior, a.k.a. LONG-TIMER, who should be doing a little light exercise that’s FUN?  Our Senior A.M. Class is on Wednesday mornings for adults looking for a fitness program in a social environment.  In this class you will exercise at a moderate pace, rest if tired, but you likely go home energized.  Class will feature but not be limited to: Walking; Stretching; Lite cardio; Games; Calisthenics.

 

Spin Class - Mondays 7:00-8:00 pm or Saturdays 8:00-9:00 am

This is a group spin class for ages 16+.  Join for an upbeat workout in a fun and high-energy environment.

 

Pickleball - Mondays 8:15-9:15pm

Ages 18+. Join us to play a few games of Pickleball. Pickleball is a racket/paddle sport that combines elements of tennis, racquetball and other racquet sports. Pickleball can be played with two or four players. The ball is like a wiffle ball and a net similar to badminton is used.
